Wholesale Policies

Wholesale Accounts are reviewed + set up daily Monday through Friday! Please allow us time to go through all of our applications and verify your business. You will receive an email once your wholesale account has been approved. 

By signing up for a wholesale account with The Purple Pineapple, you agree to the following terms.  Anyone found not adhering to these are subject to have their order and/or wholesale account terminated immediately:

  • Our designs have NO MINIMUM order requirement! 
  • Our current processing time is 5-7 business days.
  • We ship via USPS and UPS. Order information + tracking can be found online by logging into your wholesale account. 
  • We offer Synclogic + drop shipping services with no additional cost! Just email us the address or simply change the shipping address when checking out online. We will package it nicely and all of our info will be excluded! Our Sync code is 0G334M06
  • We don't allow add-ons to an order so please verify your order is correct at the time it's placed. 
  • It’s recommended that you sell our tees between $27-$32 and sweaters $36+. This pricing isn’t required, but we ask that you don’t sell them for any less than $25. Selling our tees for less than recommended retail will result in immediate loss of wholesale access online and removal from our Facebook wholesale group. Each item should be sold for no less than our own prices.
  • Absolutely no replication of our designs will be tolerated! You will lose your wholesale account immediately and also receive an email from our attorney.
  • We offer open sizing for all of our designs! 
  • We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Exchanges are accepted under certain conditions. Please read our Policies/FAQ page for more information. 
  • No BUY IN groups allowed. Anyone found to be selling our tees in buy-in groups will lose their wholesale access immediately. Please report anyone selling in a buy-in group.
  • No vinyl or print shops that produce their own tees will be approved for wholesale access. 
  • Damaged tees can be exchanged for the same size/design within 3 calendar days of purchase. No refunds will be issued. No exceptions. 
  • We do not currently offer zip code protection.
