CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled during the first 24 hours after the order was placed. Cancellations MUST be requested by email to thepurplepineappleva@gmail.com along with your order number.

EXCHANGES

Due to the made to order nature of our items, we don't accept returns. If the wrong item is sent or the product is flawed, please email us at thepurplepineappleva@gmail.com and we will happily exchange it for you. Merchandise can be exchanged for the same tee design within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Post mark date MUST be within this time frame or your return won't be accepted.Items returned for an exchange MUST be in new condition. Only unwashed and unworn items can be exchanged for a replacement. Merchandise must be new and in re-sellable condition. If there are any signs of wear on the merchandise, your return will not be accepted. Unfortunately we cannot accept any return for an exchange that is damaged due to the following: Staining (Food,Makeup, Bleach, Marker/Pen, Sweat, Dirt, etc.) Wear & Tear (Ripping, Tearing, or Stretching) Scent (Perfume, Body Odor, Cigarettes, etc.) Pet Hair, Any sort of alteration.

RETURN LABELS

You are responsible for shipping back your return. We do not credit the return shipping cost. Please consider using a trackable shipping service. Please attach your invoice in the return package + include the size you're exchanging for on the invoice. Please ship your exchange back to:

SHIPPING POLICY
 Our current processing time is 5 to 7 business days Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped in the order they are received via USPS. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Please check spam if you do not receive an email.  Please note: larger orders (100+) and custom orders may extend beyond normal processing time (10-12 business days). If you wish to inquire about your order, please email us with your order number and we'd be happy to assist you!

CAN I USE PROMO CODES WITH THE PURCHASE OF ALREADY DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS?

Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.

LOST + STOLEN + DAMAGED PACKAGES
The Purple Pineapple Co is NOT responsible for any returned, lost, stolen, or damage caused to packages or items within a package once it has been scanned in to the USPS tracking system. We will not replace or refund any items that are damaged by USPS during transit. We are also not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
